Family Summer Picnic on Wednesday 12th August
This will be from 12noon - 2pm in the church garden. Please do come along to the church garden with your family and a picnic lunch. Don't forget to bring your favourite teddy or cuddly toy dressed in its best outfit! We'd love to see as many people as possible for this relaxed summer gathering.
‘STILL: Quiet & Community’ silent book/craft club : next session on the 9th August at 2.30pm
‘Still’ is a silent book/craft club, with a difference. Spend a quiet hour in the company of others doing your own thing- reading, writing, drawing, crafting - you choose. At the end of the quiet hour there's a short time of no obligation conversation. It's a great chance to unplug, unwind and spend relaxed time with others.
The first session was very relaxing and peaceful - thank-you to those who came. Come and join us again on Sun 9th August, from 2.30 - 4pm. The sessions start with 10 mins to grab a drink, then 60 mins quiet time followed by 20 mins of informal chat. You're welcome to stay for as much or little time as you like. For further info please contact
The shop at St George’s - open most Sundays from 11am to 12 noon.
