New Office Opening Hours
Please note the new office opening hours are Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, from 9am to 3pm.
Please join our Work Day on April 22nd and/or April 23rd
The Environment Team are planning a work day on Tuesday April 22nd, with a backup plan of Wednesday April 23rd if the weather is bad.
We are going to create a brushwood fence across the hall garden, so that the children don't stray into the nettles or the messy bit at the back. At the moment there is a temporary barrier up. Other work planned is to move the garden furniture from the courtyard into the play area and possibly paint it, and also to clear the grounds around the bungalow, as well as general weeding/mowing/tidying/planting.
Please come and help for an hour or more. We need about six people. The time is from 9am to 5pm, depending on the weather. Lunch and refreshments will be provided.
If you can come please a member of the environment team know, or use the sign-up sheet at the back of church.
Thank you from the environment team: Sue and Allan Scrivenor, Debbie Brent, Cathy and Phil Hemsley.
Important: The Annual Church Parochial Meeting on Sunday 11th May
Our APCM will be held on Sunday 11th May directly after the morning service. During this we will be electing Church Wardens and members of the PCC. We have vacancies for 2 Church Wardens, 5 PCC members, 1 Deanery Synod representative. Please attend: there will be important reports on the church events and finances for the previous year, as well as a chance to influence our future.
