St George’s Church, Rugby

St. George’s church is part of the Rugby East Benefice, which consists of two sister churches, St. George’s and Sts. Peter & John. St. George’s church is located on St. John’s Avenue, Hillmorton, Rugby, CV22 5HR.

We are a friendly church with weekly worship and facilities for the local community, including Little Lights and Magic Dragons children’s work, a Men’s Chat group, and various home groups and friendship groups: see the Groups page.

We have a well-equipped church hall which can hired for groups, classes and parties for up to 60 people. In addition, the church itself is a large, air-conditioned space with a modern sound system that is a great venue for concerts. See the ‘Hire’ page. Please contact our administrator on office.rugbyeast@gmail.com for more information on hire rates etc.

Lost Property

If you think you have lost something at St. George's then there are two 'Lost Property' crates: one on the shelf in the hall, and one in the foyer in the Church.
Note that any property that is left unclaimed for more than three months will be put into the office and at some point passed on to charity/recycling or disposed of otherwise.

Please contact the office: email office.rugbyeast@gmail.com or call 07741 804523 to have your details passed on to a church warden who can arrange for you to see if we have it.
