Little Lights - temporarily suspended
Little Lights is a programme of youth work at St. George's.

Unfortunately we don’t have enough volunteers for safeguarding requirements t the moment, so Little Lights is temporarily closed until we can get more helpers. If you can help, please contact the office.

It is planned to have special groups for children aged 3 to 11 in church, during Communion services on the 2nd and 4th Sundays on the month. These supervised groups will use specially designed activity packs with visual and tactile resources to help children experience and understand biblical stories. 

Magic Dragons

Magic Dragons is our community toddler group which meets on Wednesdays in the church hall from 1:30pm to 3:00pm in term time. Suitable for ages 0-4. A very warm welcome to all parents, grand-parents and carers of babies and pre-school children.

Toys, crafts, activities, action songs, refreshments

Cost £1.50 (plus 50p per extra child)

First week free. Loyalty card offering a free visit every six weeks

Activity Baskets for babies, toddlers and young children

We have several 'baby baskets' with activities based on bible stories. These are designed for children under 3 to be used with parental/carer's supervision.

In addition, there are toys available in church for use during services - by children and/or adults!
